Returns and Exchanges

Our Philosophy
At Pink Decor, every piece is a labor of love, handcrafted with precision. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and ensure that every patron receives a brand-new, untouched product, we follow a Store Credit & Exchange Only policy.
Returns & Exchanges

  • 15-Day Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for store credit.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance products, and custom-made cushions are final sale.

How to Return (Self-Ship Model)
To ensure a hassle-free process and provide you with the full Value of your purchase, we follow a Self-Ship model:

  1. Initiate Request: Fill out the [Return Request Form] on our website with your Order ID and photos of the product.

  2. Pack & Ship: Once your request is acknowledged, please pack the product securely and ship it to our Studio address using any reliable courier of your choice (e.g., India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery). Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Tracking: Please share the tracking ID with us via email/WhatsApp so we can monitor the arrival of your return.

  4. Studio Inspection: Once we receive the product, it undergoes a 48-hour quality check.

Refunds via Store Credit (Gift Cards)

  • Upon successful inspection, we will issue a Digital Gift Card for the full invoice value of the returned product, within 3–5 business days after the product passes inspection. We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a Gift Card for the 100% value of the returned product.

  • This Gift Card is valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything from our current or upcoming collections.

  • Please Note: We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

Damages & Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. In such cases, we will handle the resolution personally to ensure your experience remains premium.​​

Seamless Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different design or size:

  • Follow the Self-Ship process mentioned above to receive your Gift Card.

  • Simply place a new order on our website using the Gift Card at checkout.

  • Price Difference: If the new item is priced higher, the balance can be paid securely via Razorpay during checkout. If it is lower, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card for future use.

  3. Supporting the Craft Ecosystem: Every Pink Decor creation is a result of collaboration with master weavers and export-quality houses. A Store Credit ensures that your investment remains within this creative ecosystem, allowing us to continue bringing you soulfully designed, high-quality home decor without the environmental and operational strain of reverse logistics.

  • Your credit is our promise of a future find. It remains valid for 365 days, giving you the flexibility to choose from any of our upcoming seasonal launches.  

  • Please accept the fact that the colour of the product that you view in real on receiving might be a little different from the one you see on the screen, owing to the difference in the colour setting of the screen that you view the product on.

  • We do a quality check of every single unit of the product that you purchase, and thus assure only quality products are being delivered to you.
